Marketing & Communications Manager
The Marketing & Communications Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing all marketing, social media, public relations, and communication efforts for the organization. This role ensures brand consistency, continued engagement, and visibility across multiple platforms while supporting key organizational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Develop and execute content strategies across various platforms, manage engagement, oversee paid advertisements, and track performance analytics.
- Public Relations & Communications: Write and distribute press releases, maintain press contacts, manage newsletters, and handle advocacy-related messaging.
- Graphic Design & Branding: Create marketing materials, update brand assets, and design campaigns for key initiatives.
- Event & Program Support: Develop promotional materials, manage event photography/videography, and provide support for programs like the Leadership Institute.
- Website & Digital Management: Maintain and update website content, create new pages as needed, and ensure digital assets align with branding.
- Committee & Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a liaison for all marketing initiatives, coordinate committee meetings, and support the leadership program.
Required skills: Candidates should have experience in marketing, communications, or a related field, with strong skills in content creation, social media email marketing and graphic design.
Preferred skills: Ideal candidates will also have experience in WordPress and website management, membership driven associations, stakeholder engagement, and have a basic knowledge of the area.
