Testimonials
ROSALIE FLOROS – Hyatt Clearwater Beach:
“The beaches leadership institute will probably be one of the smartest choices you will make in your career path. This institute was designed to help us become more well-rounded individuals and set us up for success to be leaders of the future. Being grouped with other people that had different personality types and worked in different job fields – really helped me to understand them as individuals, and helped me grow as a person. Each seminar allowed me to take away additional nuggets of information about the community to help me in my current job, and I made more networking connections because of it.”
MICHELLE MENKE – Caputo Creative:
"I went in to the kick-off meeting not knowing what to expect, but I was excited and eager to meet new people and learn leadership skills with others in the Tampa Bay community. This program has taught me a lot about myself, learning my strengths and weaknesses. It has forced me to reach outside of my comfort zone in the best way to better myself for my career. Additionally, the networking opportunities are endless and the friends I have met are for life."
MELISSA FAINT – Piper Fire Protection:
"I learned more about our area in those six months than I did in the 15 years I’ve lived here. I was able to meet existing leaders in our community, make connections with my classmates, who I consider the great 'up and coming' leaders of our community, and I feel like I took away some legitimate real world experiences. I loved my experience so much, after graduation I went on to mentor and be part of the planning committee."
AMANDA PAGE – Sirata Beach Resort:
"For a few years now I have been on the planning committee for this amazing Institute program and am also a 2015 graduate. If you are looking to learn more about our area, make lasting relationships with business minded people and really give yourself the opportunity to step out of your comfort zone...Then the Tampa Bay Beaches Chamber Institute is for you!”
