Clearwater is the county seat of Pinellas County and is located on the highest coastal bluff in Florida. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the population of Clearwater is over 108,000 residents. In addition, the City of Clearwater offers conference and exhibition facilities at the Harborview Center. This center is beautifully situated on the bluff overlooking Clearwater Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico on the western end of downtown.
